Profile
Brian has been in the smuggling game since the Leonida Keys' glory days, and he's been around long enough that other people do the dirty work now. Product still moves through his boatyard, which he runs with his third wife, Lori.
Jason's landlord
Brian gives Jason Duval a place to live without charging rent. The price is help with local shakedowns, and turning up now and then for a glass of Lori's sangria.
