Thursday, November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar set that date in November 2025 and Take-Two has reaffirmed it since.

Store listings point to midnight local time, rolling around the world and starting in New Zealand. The whole US unlocks together at midnight Eastern, which is 9 p.m. Pacific on November 18. Rockstar hasn't published an official unlock table, so treat the global rollout as reported.

In the US the Standard Edition is $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition is $99.99. In the UK it's £69.99 and £89.99, and in the Eurozone €79.99 and €99.99. Standard owners can upgrade to Ultimate later for $20.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The PlayStation Store lists it as PS5 Pro Enhanced, although Rockstar hasn't said what the Pro enhancements are.

No PC version has been announced. Take-Two's CEO has said PC is becoming more important, but that isn't an announcement. If you only play on PC, there is no date to plan around yet.

Everyone who buys before November 20 gets the Vintage Vice City Pack: a '55 Vapid Stanier and a garage near Ocean Beach, retro outfits and hair for both leads, and a weapon pattern based on Tommy Vercetti's palm-tree shirt. Digital pre-orders also get one free month of GTA+.

Exclusive vehicles such as the '95 Grotti Cheetah and '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, matching revolvers and engraved pistols, outfits and tattoos, a speedboat, safehouse vehicles, a car-restoration commission, a gang-compound raid and five Ultimate-only businesses. It's digital only.

Not as a game edition. The $399.99 Goodtime State – Vice City Collection is a merchandise box, and it doesn't include the game.

In Leonida, Rockstar's fictional take on Florida. It includes Vice City (inspired by Miami), the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park.

Rockstar North's Rob Nelson told press it's roughly twice the size of GTA V's map and three times Red Dead Redemption 2's. There's no official square-mile figure yet.

Not at launch. GTA 6 is sold as a single-player experience, and no new GTA Online has been announced. Take-Two has said the current GTA Online will keep getting support.
